Hi Samantha, back in the 80's when I lived in Plano we would visit friends who lived in Rowlett. Great Localism about Rowlett TX.

I'm always a  fan of well-done city-sponsored events. It shows that the city really cares about keeping the residents happy...and hopefully they'll stay!
